1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 7192 platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 7192 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform's services. Continued use following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To use 7192's services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. Contact 7192 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Account registration is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above. 7192 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close any account that does not meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 7192 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or performance of the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it.
- Attempting to identify or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, without any liability to 7192.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 7192 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and legally valid. Using a third party's payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposits credited to an account cannot be reversed once the process is complete. For withdrawals, users must complete the identity verification (KYC) process before their first request is processed. 7192 reserves the right to reject or suspend any withdrawal request that is deemed suspicious or does not meet the established criteria.
Deposit processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the user account section, though actual times may differ based on the method and system conditions. 7192 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or financial institutions are the user's own responsibility. 7192 does not charge hidden fees on standard deposit transactions, though terms may vary for certain payment methods.
5. Account Policy & Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
7192 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misconduct, platform abuse, or any breach of these terms. Such decisions are final, and the platform is not obliged to disclose detailed reasons.
Platform Liability Limits
7192 accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if the platform has been informed of the possibility of such losses. The platform's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance may temporarily make the platform inaccessible. 7192 will endeavour to minimise such disruptions but is not liable for any resulting losses.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7192 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 7192 or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 7192 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. The inclusion of such links does not imply that 7192 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users access such links at their own risk and are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policies of those sites.
Changes to These Terms
7192 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 7192 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
